Can is show fees?

We use ignitewoo product fees and cart fees to add the tax for our products. Our products don’t use the normal sales tax percentage fomula. We import the tax for each product into woo as meta data. The fees program then brings it into our cart for online orders. Is there a way to get this fee to be added to the phone orders. Would be ideal if it went into the tax portion.
