Vote for your own or mark an important comment?

Sorry but there is no way to do that by our side. You can do it yourself, or find some developer for that.
The only workaround I can suggest you make the comment Sticky, and it always remains at the top of the comments, regardless of what comment sorting option you’ve chosen. Then you can change the style of that comment as you need to make it as particularly important.
