How do views get counted when there’s a paywall?

    Hi,

    My website has restricted content accessible to paid members only.
    I’d like to know if the author will:
    1) Get points everytime his/her post gets viewed (with the paywall)
    -or-
    2) Get points only when the restricted post gets viewed
    ?
