• Hi,

    Is it possible to make deleteobject checking optional when adding S3 remote storage?

    S3::deleteObject(): [AccessDenied] Access Denied

    The reason is I don’t want anyone to delete the backup if my website was compromised. I can set the backup expiry to auto delete backup in S3.

    Hi @mikewps

    Just few quick questions:

    1. What kind of operations did you perform before you got this error – S3::deleteObject(): [AccessDenied] Access Denied.
    2. Did you modify any settings in your S3 that caused files in it could not be deleted.

    Thanks,

    All the best,

    Hi,

    1. When I was trying to S3 as remote storage.
    2. Yes, I removed S3::deleteObject in the S3 policy because I don’t want the plugin to delete my backup files.
