Locked out of www.remarpro.com account (created through Gravatar)

I reset my password successfully, but unfortunately that doesn’t help because when I try to log back in, I get asked for an Authenticator code (which I don’t have set up) or for an SMS code (which is sent to my old phone number).

The WordPress account recovery page is no use because I have none of the listed Proofs of Ownership: I can’t provide 2FA codes for the reasons above and I never bought anything from WordPress so I don’t have transaction IDs.

Now, I should have an Activation URL or Key because I have access to my mail, but the only relevant e-mail I can find is this:

It appears I created my Worpdress account through Gravatar back in the day (2013). Obviously if I try to log on to Gravatar, I get the same login issues as above.

Is anyone at WordPress able to help me log back in?
