Generating screenshot not working (Black)

I don’t see a problem at the moment, can you give me a little more information,
Is this problem happening with all URL’s?
If your using the 1200px width images, Can you try changing the API to the 500px width images.
if you recently updated your version of WP Links Page, please try clearing your browser cache on the enter/edit link page or clearing any cache plugins you might have installed.

I can confirm changing it to 500px works, but I’d really like to be able to get the 1200px ones working…

Unfortunately the plugin is limited by the screenshots API’s, I am always looking for ways to improve the plugin and hopefully will be adding other API’s with larger images in the future.

the 1200px API hasn’t been updated in awhile and unfortunately is not as reliable as the 500px Google API screenshots.
