Calculate shipping costs based on product quantity for each vendor

    Is there a way to calculate the shipping costs by items quantity and also each vendor?

    Means, 6, 12 or 24 items should have a different shipping rate.
    Also its possible so order 6 items from vendor A and 12 from vendor B. So we need to calc them for each vendor.

    How can we do that?
