Endless loading time after the ” Map category” step !

Hello,

I’m trying to create a products feed for Google Merchant Center, but after mapping products Google category … I can’t go to the third step (Map attributes) due to endless loading sign.

I don’t know if the following info matters :
1- I tried all formats (XML, CSV, TSV ) and none is working.
2- I chose the country to be Egypt…
3- The website is useing Arabic language.
