The plugin does not show the thumbnail

  • Hey,
    I have set all options as I need them. There is only one problem. The related articles do not display the custom thumbnail. I checked with svg, jpg and png files, none of them are displayed correctly.

    Chrome developer tools show me this code for the image:

    <img src(unknown)>

    Do you have any idea how to fix it.

    I had to quickly move the site to the server because the site is currently being built on a localhost ??

    Not sure why this is happening on your site, i just checekd the plugin thumbnail is showing fine here, could you please check elements tab for thumbnail settings and set full size thumbnail, let me know the result.

    Hey,
    Unfortunately, but the solution you proposed did not help. I’ve already checked all other options in the Thumbnail size section and none of them work.

    I set the address of the image manually in the plug-in code and for now this solution works.
