Site icon does not show even after I uploaded it

Hello,

I used to have a different icon before and it was showing perfectly.
I changed my site icon and it was first showing but then it started intermittently disappearing and showing. I removed cache from my site and browser alike but nothing has helped.

When I am in my dashboard, the icon is showing normally. When I am normally checking my site, this is what I get.

What is wrong with it?
