Not Great

I’ve been using this theme for one year now for a client. I use version 0.5. (How can you start at version 0.5 and not 1.0? Weird) I don’t like to update WordPress themes because they tend to break my customizations, such as colors and the footer. However, I did it this one time today. I went from 0.5 to 0.6.4 and, as expected, I had to change code. It was easy until I tried to fix the navigation bar. What the heck is the weird menu button and close button on the left side on the top and the bottom of the navigation bar. Also, where did the top color bar go? I liked that. Changing some CSS code seemed to fix the weird previously mentioned buttons for laptop and desktop screen sizes, but I should not have had to. On a side note, the developers misspelled “search” in the style.css file. It’s not “serach”. With all of that said, I do like the theme overall and my client is happy. Please consider my suggestions (complaints) for future version updates. In a minute I’m going to try to install and use a web accessibility plugin for ADA and WCAG compliance. This is my first attempt. Pray for me.
