    I have the amron gallery installed, the set of pictures i uploaded at first downloaded just fine into my devices, but i don’t know whats happening now, it doesn’t download anymore, it gives me a failed to download error, “file not found.
    I log into my cpanel and i still see the pictures there, the-same directory as in the download link. so i am so confused on what might be going on.

    The most confusing part is that the pictures download fine on Mozilla browser, but not on chrome and UC browser.

    i would be glad to get a response

    you can check the wallpaper page above and try to download any image, you would understand what am talking about.

    Did you enable “Delete original images” option in Gmedia Settings?

    NO i did’nt. everything is still as it is

    I checked everywhere and can’t recreate this issue. The possible reason is if ‘original’ folder with images was deleted from the server or some plugin or settings on your server forbid direct access to files in that folder (/wp-content/grand-media/image/original/)

    i deleted the plugin, data base and uploads, then i reinstalled it, still thesame problem. all the plugins i have now were previously there when it was still working. What do you think i should do?

    Have you resolved the problem. We are using PC’s and after several LR plugin updates that did not work, figured out a simple work around. We gave this work around to Imagaely almost 3 months ago. We have not seen a fix in the latest Imagely LR plug in updates and still use our simple and easy to use workaround. If using a PC, ask Imagely for help.
