Is there a way to prevent the ‘Slide Picture’ field in the Add/Edit Post page from searching for and caching all the images from my blog? Our site has well over 1,000 images and this feature is creating some problems for us.

    Thanks.

  • Put /* at the beginning of line 1042 and */ at the beginning of line 1048 of the frontpage-slideshow.php script.

This way the images wont be listed, and you will still be able to specify a custom picture for slides.

Thank you so much Jeff, you are an absolute life saver!

I’ll put an option to do so on admin page on one of the next releases, so, if the plugin works fine for you by now, don’t upgrade to next version until you see that options listed in changelog.
