    Hi,
For some reason my form only shows when I am logged in, but not when I am logged out.

I have tried visiting the page on desktop, iPad and smart phone and even tried incognito mode, but the form doesn’t show.

This means regular visitors to my site are not seeing it.

I have checked the settings and I have it set to not show to logged in users, so why is it doing the opposite? Turning off that setting doesn’t change anything either.

    Please help.
    Thank you, Bryan

Thank you so much for the slow response on this…

I have since figured out the issue myself. The problem was with the WP Optimise plugin.

I simply added the page that the form was showing on as a page that shouldn’t be cached, then purged the cache and the issue went away.

You may wish to tell people to not allow caching of the page that Forminator is on.

    Best regards,
    Bryan

    Hello @mrretail

Thank you for letting us know that you’ve found solution and I’m sorry for the delay on our end.

As for caching – it’s not always the case. Caching pages with dynamic or, so to say, interactive content (so e.g. forms) is never recommended regardless whether it’s Forminator form or any other form. But it’s not always an issue and a lot depends on both cache that’s applied and the form itself.

However, you’re right – it certainly would be good to warn upon form creating that a page with a form should better be excluded from cache. I’ll pass that over to our developers.

Thanks for update and I’m sorry for delayed response.

    Best regards,
    Adam
