Trouble with Theme-caused bug in post composer

I would really love to be able to use the theme Arthemia (available here), but whenever I select it as my theme, it causes a bug that makes all the options underneath the post window in the post composer (things like SEO, custom fields, etc) be unresponsive – they won’t expand or contract.

Any ideas on how to fix this or what might be causing the problem?
