    Hi Team – we have not been able to get our web guy to work on this so im jumping in myself. i do have a a tech type background so i understand things but am no expert by any means
    we dont sell a lot…a few items a month is a good month. but this is still important to us

    WordPress 5.4.2 running Salient Child Theme theme.
    Running PHP version: 7.3.12
    WooCommerce Version 4.3.0
    WooCommerce Elavon Converge GatewayVersion 2.2.1

    Woo commerce plug was working in june and is not working now
    getting a timeout on all transactions. I called our payement gateway provider, Elevon, and they informed me that they have been getting lots of calls from woo commerce users and pointed me in this direction.
    They indicated that woo commerce has made a full jump to ipv6 with a recent update but Elevon doesnt recognize ipv6 yet on only expects ipv4 communications.
    i have not been able to locate this in any setting
    any advice?
