    Hi,
I am using this plugin from past 3 weeks. And now what happening is i have product in a stock. But when i add to cart and go to checkout it shows that we don’t have enough stock. This happened today : I have 1 product which are in stock with 4 quantity, And i am not able to go to checkout. I updated quantity to 5 and i was able to add 1 but not 2. Is it because of previously my customer added this same product and now in Abandonment and so it’s showing out of stock??

    Hello @tejas9,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Woocomemrce Cart Abandonment Recovery Plugin captures the emails with the cart data and sends the recovery emails. Plugins do not handle any woocommerce functions that reduce the stock.

Also adding products to the cart does not reduce the stock.

When the user places the order then the stock is reduced.

In case we would suggest you to contact the Woocommerce team.

Let us know if you have any questions.
