Neve handling of Woocommerce transparent product images

Dear developers,
I noticed, that neve theme handles the magnification of Woocommerce product images with transparency in a way that could be improved. When hovering over the (partially transparent) image of a product it gets magnified, but the original image is still visible in the background. This has the effect, that the image can be seen twice / overlaid, which might be confusing for customers.
It would be great to have the image being displayed without the same image as background layer, when hovering over it.

https://ibb.co/HGRGKjsYou can see the magnified image of a rifle scope (After hovering over it). The same image is also visible in the background (in its original size).
It would be great to see only the magnified version when hovering over the image and not the “two layers”.
