Applied hardening broke my site HTTP ERROR 500

  • Applied hardening and immediately site broke with following error

    This page isn’t working
    www.*******ice.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    cannot access admin either

    I just noticed that the securi plugin destroyed all the content in the wp-config file. all content was removed ???
