Backing up posts

    Hi Everyone,

    I’ve just updated WordPress on my host site, using Plesk.
    Not as easy as using CPanel and Fantastico, that’s for sure.

    I have backed up the installation on the host, but would
    like to download the posts and images I’ve added to my
    own PC, as an added safeguard.

    The problem is, I don’t know which files/directories to
    download.

    Can anyone help here please?
