  • Yes the TSP654IIHIX is compatible with our StarCloudPRNT for WooCommerce plugin.

    Many thanks for your message…

    We have set up the printer as per the instructions but it is not currently printing orders from Woocommerce.

    Any ideas what to check next?

    See below set up…

    CloudPRNT Setup
    Set your printer “Server URL” to:
    https://theoldbarge.com/wp-content/plugins/star-cloudprnt-for-woocommerce/cloudprnt/cloudprnt.php
    CloudPRNT
    ENABLE
    Selected Printer
    The Barge Till Printer
    Edit
    Text Encoding
    UTF-8
    UTF-8 mode is recommended for mC-Print or TSP650II printer models.
    Printer Logo Settings
    Logos should be writtent to printer FlashROM memory, using a suitable tool, such as the StarPRNT Software for Windows, which can be downloaded from the Star global downlad site.

    Hi, I’m not sure if Alex continued to discuss this with you directly or if you are still having trouble?

    Just in case, you need to access a configuration interface built-in to your printer to input the CloudPRNT URL of your server and pair the printer with your server.
