Artist spotlight plugin

Hey guys, so i own a creative platform where we feature artists of different disciplines and do an ‘artist spotlight’

for this i want a really visual cover for the blogs in this category
this is an image for reference, how could i make it so it shows an image + text which you click on to go to the blog instead of the standard header and a bit of the first paragraph?
