focus keyword and related keywords and synonyms for the custom post type archive

    hello
    I want to ask if there is any way to set up focus keyword and related keywords and synonyms for the custom post type archive with Yoast plugin.
    there are options in the plugin for setting up the SEO title and description but focus keyword and related keywords and synonyms which are available with the plugin in the posts and pages or even each custom post type, but they are not available for custom post type archive.
    these archive pages have an important role in the SEO of our website, so we need to set up SEO in the best way we can.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We are not completely sure what you are referring to. For any post type archive, even custom post types, you can enable the Yoast metabox for under SEO → Search Appearance → Content Types. Next to those settings, we have the Taxonomy settings too where you can enable it. When that is enabled, you can edit any taxonomy such as tag or categories and configure the focus keyphrase.

    thank you for your response. I already enabled the SEO setting for custom post type archives and filled the SEO title and meta description under settings for custom post type archive, which are available there, but the question is where do other SEO settings appear for these archives including focus keyword, related keyword, and synonyms then we can set them.
    I have templates for custom post type archives, but the SEO setting including focus keyword, related keyword, and synonyms is not showing there.

    @zeevousite The ‘Show SEO Settings’ setting is available for Content Types and Taxonomies, but this is not a feature for archive pages. This is because archive pages are an ever changing list of posts. Can you please explain a use case of performing a keyphrase or content analysis on the list of posts that make up an archive?

    we have the site below:

    we use the PODS plugin for creating custom post types.
    for example, we have these archives created by PODS plugin:
    https://zeevou.com/features/
    https://zeevou.com/integrations/
    https://zeevou.com/channels/
    …
    because of the importance of these archives, we need to have these pages as landing pages from search results on search engines.
    so this is the reason we need advanced SEO settings for custom post type archives.
    can you please guide us on how to achieve this goal?
