    I’m setting up my website so when a customer buys a product, the vendor doesn’t receive the money till the order status is on Completed.

    So on the Order Status for Withdraw, I have only checked the ‘Completed’ option. However, when me as an admin change the order status to completed, the vendor doesn’t receive their money.

    Why’s this error happening? Why isn’t it updating when I change the status to completed?

    When you configure the withdraw option make sure what value you are using in the “Withdraw Threshold” field. You need to use “0” if you want the balance to be added in the vendor account immediately – https://prnt.sc/tdc5fj

    We set the Withdraw Threshold to 0, but the result was the same.
    But the problem maintains.
    When the order is set to completed, the vendor still doesn’t receive the money.

    Let’s make the confusion clear.

    1. When you mark the order completed, the vendor does not see the balance in their Dashboard > Withdraw menu?

    2. Or, you are expecting that the vendor will get the payment to their “bank/paypal” after marking the order completed?

    If the issue is #1 please contact us through our support ticket section. Our support engineer will investigate your site.

    If the issue is #2 then there is a misunderstanding. When you are marking the order status-completed, the vendor will not get the payment. Only the balance will be available on their dashboard. Then, they have to make a withdrawal request. Then, you will approve the request and send the money to them manually to the vendor preferred method.

    Okay, I get where the confusion comes from now.

    I wasn’t aware that the payments are added to the vendor’s balance; I thought it was directly sent to their preferred payment method. Plus, I have installed TeraWallet and so I thought the payment would be added there.

    Now that I have understood the problem, I only have a question: when the vendor makes a withdraw request, they can choose the quantity and the payment method.
    As I said, we have TeraWallet installed, so the Wallet is one of the options in the withdraw methods. When selected the Wallet, the withdraw request is sent to the admin, aka us. Then we approve the request, and the charge is taken from the vendor’s balance, however it is not added onto the wallet’s funds. When you check the Appoved requests in the Withdraw section, you’ll see said transaction to the Wallet.

    Could it be an incompatibility between plugins?

    The integration between TeraWallet and Dokan is developed by the TeraWallet team. So, we are unable to confirm the exact functionality they are adding with Dokan. For any confusion about their system, you can contact them for proper information.
