    Hello,

The plugin stopped working after updating contact form 7 to the latest version released a few hours ago. It doesn’T redirect at all to Paypal

    What can i do now?

    @algeriano85,

You are correct, I’ll get to work fixing this right away.

    Thanks,

    Fixed with version 1.6.4

    Still no luck.

Reinstalling contact form 7 deletes my forms.

Any ideas you have would be appreciated.

@charlottezweb – What is the URL of one of your forms? Are you using the free version? Do you have PayPal or Stripe active or both?

    Hi Scott,

I posted that last week but the post is gone. Strange.

Here’s one of the example forms:

    Feel free to submit tests.

I uninstalled Contact Form (not your plugin) yesterday and installed the previous version per one of the solutions someone else posted above. It wiped out the forms which I was hoping it was going to retain. So if I need to create them from scratch I’ll have to schedule time to do that. I reverted the changes I made yesterday.

We’re only using Paypal (not Stripe). It is the free version but the pro version may be an option if there’s a driver in going that route. I didn’t set this up for them originally but am trying to help them navigate it now that it’s not working.

    Thank you!

    Regards,
    Jason

I am also still having trouble with this, with some people reporting they are not redirected, even though I was.
I tested with both my PC and ipad, using Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Edge
    ipad – all worked
pc – I only had trouble with Safari, but unrelated issue since I can’t get to the page for some reason – the reload button keeps spinning.

One user tried it on both a Mac and Pc, using safari and chrome, and all 4 failed to redirect.

Is it possible that the browser or browser plugin is seeing it as a popup and they have popups disabled, or something like that? antivirus program preventing redirection?

Weird that it works for some but not others.

just put in “testing” for the name, etc. it will generate an email, but they know I am testing.
