Word Balloon doesn`t work on smartphones

  • Word Balloon works properly on computers but not on smartphones. On smartphones it shows the icon and the message separately, I mean, the message doesn`t appear inside a balloon but right bellow the icon, as it was one more paragraph of the text, out of any box.

    Because Word Balloon’s style sheet (CSS) not loaded.

    Also laptop and other devices.

    Word Balloon’s CSS is loading with wp_footer().

    Do you have wp_footer() on your theme?

    Do you using plugin for stop loading CSS ?

    Hard to support your website.
    Because can’t right click.

    How can I display the time of publication in the article and in the categories?
    Is it easy to add it to the customize?
    A) index -> Simple Days Style (such as post date)
    B) Post & -> Reorder Sections & Show/Hide (such as date)
    If there is another way please let me know.
