How to set delay after product purchase?

    Hi there. Great plugin!
    I wanted to use it for dripping content after the purchase of a product. When I try to set the delay after product purchase, the dropdown fields are grayed out. What am I doeing wrong?

    The reason we want to do this, is we want to drip some usage tips for the product purchased.

    Hi arjan,

    For that, you would want to use the “X Time after Purchased” send event, and not the “Product Purchased” send event. The “Product Purchased” send event always has an immediate trigger.
