    I am trying to reach the support on woocommerce for HomeStore Theme for StoreFront.
    When I try to submit the ticket I get “Something went wrong and we couldn’t submit your ticket! Please try again.”
    I try again and again same error each time, I have tried different content in the field boxes and the same error. I’ve tried I need help with StoreFront, I tried I need help with HomeStore. Do I try with another plugin that I purchased?

    As there is no other way to contact you what can I do?

    I tried a lot of the other pull down options and the same error, I tried login out clearing the cache and logging back in, the same error, I tried 2 more different browsers and the same error.

    How am I supposed to contact support?

    I have Homestore, the Storefront Child theme, it is running on a Multisite wordpress with 2 sites.
    Everytime I click customize I get the There has been a critical error on your website.

    The websites show pages, and don’t have the same error, only in customise does the error show.
    I have only just turned multisite on so nothing is really setup yet.
