Widgetize a post or page…

just copy the loop code from your page/post template to your sidebar template or wherever you want the widget. (might have to adjust the code if you have more than one loop on the page)

Thanks gerbilk, this is my first time exposed to a lot of this and I’m just getting to grips.

Naturally, I have a mix & match code thing going on & I kind of get what you’re saying.

But I’ve found a way with my pages to use a widget connected to php code plugin that allows me to add a page or post. Works great.

I guess what you’re saying is already done. Long story short, I’m cool for now.
