Plugin Installs Timeout (both methods of installation)

  • I havent attempted to install any plugins since before upgrading to 2.8.6. Recently I attempted to add a new plugin and was not able to do so. The page just keeps loading with nothing happening. I have tried both methods of installation with the same results. Is there anything that I am missing or something in particular I should check for?

    Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

    PS – It also appears that I have a few plugins that have available updates, however, I am getting the same result (page timing out and eventually failing) when I try to update these.

    Anyone have any suggestions on this? This is the same result I get when I attempt to install a new theme.
