• This is the Analytics that comes default with WooCommerce, not another plugin.

For some reason, when viewing the Categories report, it shows only 6 categories. There are 9 categories in total, and:

    • Yes, those categories have products in them, and yes, there have been sales
    • The products in question are in a single category, not in multiple
    • These are not child categories

    Any ideas what’s up?

    Hi there,

Are there sales for all those categories within the period you selected? If you search for the missing category, does it show up with any sale?

No sales within the period selected, although if I only view that category rather than all categories, the sales do show.

    Hi @rivkadr

Any advice on how to replicate this? Try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue. Here is a link that better outlines that process:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

This was the first thing I tried, made no difference. Hard to imagine why the theme would affect something displaying in the admin area anyway.

    We have the same issue.
