Can’t sent automated welcome mail from plugin

The Recipient field needs to have an email that a visitor will add at the front end. So please click on the plus (+) icon to add an email’s field macro as shown in this screenshot:

Just to make sure: are other e-mails form your site properly delivered? By “other” I mean e-mails such as e.g. user account activation, “lost password” message and similar.

Are you sure that the message didn’t end up in spam folder too?

I am having the same issue

I have checked the Spam folder but the email doesn’t appear

I have tried Hustle on another website and i have the same issue.

all other forms and plugins seem to work

I have noticed that the emails don’t seem to appear in any gmail, hotmail and outlook.com email addresses but they appear when i sign up with my rntsolutions.co.uk mailboxes
