Addition 2024: Another superb support and extension of the WPBS discounts on request. Clear communication, good suggestions and finally an enhancement implemented that is now available in the standard.
Initial review: Although not using all features of this booking system, all we need is built in — and extended on request! Easy to configure and fit in the template features we use. The support is swift and solves the issues, questions and requests in a flexible way, thank you! An example for many other developers, good work. I consider the price slightly high for a yearly renewal, a one year high (where most support is needed) plus consecutive (lower) maintenances fee would be a fair model.
