Form suddenly ruins layout

I checked your website and do see the issue that’s odd behaviour. I’m not able to replicate similar when tested on my system.

I could notice console errors when I check your website and it seems to point to the cache with Autoptimize plugin. Maybe the minification in the Autoptimize plugin is causing this? Could I know whether you tried to clear the autoptimize cache to see whether that resolves the issue or not?

Also if possible please do check whether temporarily deactivating Autoptimize makes any difference or not too.

pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.

Thanks alot for your help! I tryed and deleted the cache, but that didn’t work. What did work was that I disabled the cache plugin.

Well, you could always try to identify what specifically in Autoptimize is breaking things by just disabling CSS or JS or HTML or Image optimization (incl. lazyload) and leave that one off, or you could dive even further in and try identify what code/ files (CSS or JS) are responsible for the broken feature and try excluding that ??

As @optimizingmatters already mentioned a bit more “detailed” testing might help but there’s also another thing worth checking.

In settings of your form in Forminator there are two options in “Behaviour” section, at the bottom:

– “Prevent page caching on form pages” – you’d want that one to be enabled pretty much in all cases

– “Load form using AJAX” – try experimenting with this one; if it was enabled then try disabling it; if it was disabled then try enabling it

In many cases playing with this two options solves similar issues.
