Error: Special charakters at the end of the keyword

  • Hello,

    first: this is a really nice Plugin!
    But I have a problem:
    When I use a special charakter at the end of the keyword, Auto Affiliate Links will not work correct. Some examples:

    productname -> works
    productname* -> works not
    productname* info -> works
    productname (info) -> works not

    I tested it with *,!,(),[] at the end of the Keyword – no chance

    Info: Force special chars is aktiv
    No case sensitive
    I tried on/off “International Language Support:”
    I use the last version of the plugin

    This problem appear because the plugin replaces only complete words. For example, if you have product*info, it works because the regex understands it is one or more words. However, if you have product* it figures out that it is a word and a symbol, and it will not replace it.

    This option is set to prevent the plugin to replace “key” in “keyring” for example.

    However, I will add an option that will allow you to override this words marthing, but it might put links where you do not want.
