    Hi,

I noticed that it is impossible to show pop-ups on screens wider than 3000 pixels. Not many users will notice this, but I got a question about it from a friend who uses 3440×1440 screen resolution.

He demonstrated to me what happens. If the browser size is less then 3000 pixels, the pop-up looks okay. If you drag the browser size to larger than 3000 pixels, the popup is suddenly shown in an incorrect height/width ratio. If you then refresh the window (or had a screen larger than 3000 pixels to begin with), the popup is shown only as a white line with a close button.

I have made a video in which can be seen what I have descibed here: https://afnorth-is.com/test/popup-problem.mp4

  • Dear @pierregielen ,

Thank you for getting in touch with us and reporting about this.
See, since the size you mentioned isn’t very often used, we had a limitation of 3000.
That’s the reason for the problem you faced.
In order for the problem to be gone, you can download the version from the link below and install it. https://we.tl/t-cncyE4JpwY

This fix will be included in the upcoming updates. You can use the zip we gave but then you can simply update the plugin once the updates are ready.

    Dear @pierregielen ,

    How are you today?
We are wondering whether the solution provided helped.

    Dear @pierregielen ,

    Dear @pierregielen ,

    Hope you’re fine.

This is to inform you that the fix regarding the screen sizes has been done.

You can update the plugin and check on your end.
