Unable to set time or venue on an event

    I am currently unable to set a time or venue on a new event.

    I have followed all the steps on this page: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/

    The issue persists. Steps:

    1. Change date and / or venue.
    2. Click update.
    3. Date and / or venue reverts.

    Attempted with a new venue created in the event. Also attempted with an existing, previously used venue.

    I have tried using Chrome / Windows and Opera / Windows with the same result. Also attempted by another user on iPhone and on Edge / Windows.

    Please help! Event is live in 7 days. TIA!

    Could I please get some advice on this issue? Any new event is created for 6 July and no other date, time, or venue options save. Thanks!

    Most probably this a theme related issue, did you try reverting back to the default WordPress theme and recheck this issue?

    Also, try to disable “Activate Block Editor for Events” option in (Events > Settings > General) and let me know how it goes.

    Yes I followed all the troubleshooting recommendations including resetting the theme.

    As it happens, unchecking the blocks options in the Events Calendar plugin did the trick. ??

    Then most probably, in your theme settings panel there is an option to activate/deactivate block editor per post type, and this option is conflicting with our option, make sure either both are on or both are off.
