    Hi there,

We have too little information to comment on what’s going on there without taking a much closer look at the date (which, in turn, would require logging in). Speaking in general, I’m wondering whether there has been any refunded orders or failed orders?

Hello! Actually I think I found it, I recalculated all the sales in a separate excel files and saw that we changed the variations at the beginning and 4 items weren’t registered well which is exactly the amount missing.

There is something though that I am still not understanding, all the sales number seem to be not aligned.
These screenshot are for the same period :

With my file i calculated manually I get
    Sold – 171
    On way(in the post) – 57
    Canceled – 13
    Processing – 16
Canceled that have 0 in the count – 3

Here I see 95 (what are this number representing?)

Do you have any idea why all those numbers wouldn’t alling?
    Thank you !
