I’ve tested the Select Field on my end and can’t replicate this issue. Based on the page structure it looks like the form has two select fields as these fields have a separate ID and CSS class.

Would you please export your form, from Forminator > Forms > click on settings icon > Export and share it with us so we could investigate it further?

Further Queries are,
1. Are you planning to add most popular woocommerce payments to Forminator plugin addition Paypal and Stripe. If you add woocommerc payment it is very usefull, we can add any payment gateway with woocommerce. For example, in india many India Payment gateways which are purely supported local payment options linke UPI, Wallet addition to Credit or Debit Card. Please look in to this issue and add in future update.
2. i can expect your answer as we are already integrated Paypal and Stripe. Yes, but for India, these two Payments are not useful when compared other india payment gateways.
For example 1, Paypal, asking to create paypal account. Here the problem is users not interested create account paying money. this is big drawback. is there any other option to use with out paypal account how users will pay money.

For Example 2, stripe, it is recently launched in India. i tried this one. But it worst appearance in the front end. Simply showing single column. It looks like not a payment method. Users are fear to enter on this. No expiry date, no CVV etc. See screenshot for your reference how it is visible on front for stripe payments.

Hope you understand big issues which everyone facing with these 2 payments. It is very helpful if you add woocommerce, as it supports paypal also and many other payment gateways.
Hope i expect good news on this. why i wrote this much explanation is i LOVE this Plugin which no one give this many features in forms. i want to continue to use this plugin, hence i am expecting good news.

Have you fixed issue with the duplicated field? I’ve checked your form and I can’t see any issues with it:

1. Are you planning to add most popular woocommerce payments to Forminator plugin addition Paypal and Stripe.

At the moment we don’t have any plans to add this specific gateway to the Forminator. But I will reach out to the Frominator team and pass your suggestion.

I’ve checked how Stripe field looks in Forminator like and it has expiry date and CVV

Do you have any example form where we can see the missing labels?
