Ultimate Member version 2.1.6 needs to be updated to work correctly.

    I see the following message at the top of the admin dashboard:

    Ultimate Member version 2.1.6 needs to be updated to work correctly.
    It is necessary to update the structure of the database and options that are associated with Ultimate Member 2.1.6.
    Please visit “Upgrade” page and run the upgrade process.

    However when I click “Upgrade” and select “Run” it only goes this far:

    Upgrade Process Started…
    Get Upgrades Packages…
    Upgrades Packages are ready, start unpacking…

    =================================================================
    Prepare package “2.1.3-beta3” version…

    Package “2.1.3-beta3” is ready. Start the execution…

    I’ve left it open for ages and it does not appear to go any further than that.

    Hi @gollmarc,

    Can you please try to disable all plugins except Ultimate member and switch to a default WordPress theme so we can rule out any conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins and see if this issue goes away.

    That did the trick, thank you. Deactivated them all, changed theme, successfully updated, then changed back and reactivated.

    Hi, similar issue to Gollmark,

    I am attempting to run the upgrade for 2.1.6.
    I have deactivated all plugins except for ultimate member.
    I get this when I press run as instructed…

    Upgrade Log
    Upgrade Process Started…
    Get Upgrades Packages…

    aaaand thats all I get. Any insight would be amazing!
