Using Better Resource Hints causes Add New Post to not function
-
A few days ago I installed the Better Resource Hints plugin and configured it to preload a few scripts and styles, and to preconnect to external resources. Then today we realized that WordPress’s Add New Post functionality was broken (it went to a blank white screen, and in the developer tools console in Chrome, it gave me an error message: “Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected identifier” in post-new.php). I tried undoing all the settings in Better Resource Hints and clearing the browser cache, but that didn’t fix it. The only thing I can do to make it stop erroring out is to disable the Better Resource Hints plugin.
Any idea of what might be going on?
