No, unfortunately not.

so there is an internal link from the version with the link without “/” at the end of the link to the version with the “/” in the end. And at some points the “/” comes out as %2F and then the link goes to the wrong language version of the text.

And both effects are marked as mistakes in my SEO tools.

We are confused. We are not seeing: %2F listed in the canonical of the source code.

We do see that the non-trailing slash URL https://www.relyon-plasma.com/surface-treatment/specific-solutions/?lang=en shows the trailing slash as part of the canonical. See image: https://pasteboard.co/JflpcKW.jpg.

Note that Yoast does not control the URL as it appears in the browser. So if something is adding %2F to the URL to make it be: https://www.relyon-plasma.com/surface-treatment/specific-solutions/?lang=en%2F in the browser Yoast is not doing that.

Instead, we recommend contacting your host provider and asking them to put rules in your server to redirect all the non-trailing slash URLs to the trailing slash one. This may resolve the issues you are having.

Thanks for the idea with the redirect on the server, this fixed my problems.
