    Hello,
    since the last updates I only have a single download when I add a category with the shortcode [wpdm_category id = ‘Download1’] to a page see here: https://www.feuerwehr-stadt-remagen.de/wissenswertes-downloads/

    Personally, I find that not so nice. Since with the listing I found nicer how can I get it back? Unfortunately I only have the freeware version because it is a fire department site.

    Hi,
    You can disable plugin generate category page layout from edit category:
    Layout

    Order you may also change the layout from the options above

    Hi, thanks for the answer. Unfortunately it does not work. I selected Do Not Apply and selected “Select Link Template” for the link template. It then updated the elements. After saving, the link template says “Default Template” and unfortunately there was nothing in the category on the page changed …. I’m using the Avada theme.

    Is there a possibility to get the pro version for a fire service free of charge?

    If you select “Do Not Apply” it will use theme default styles, no link template will be applied. To change link template, you have to select “Use Link Template”

    I heard a point on “don’t apply”. Unfortunately, however, this table is still not to be seen on the above page ….

    I’m really at a loss …

    Hi,
    Extremely sorry, it was my fault, I thought, you were on the category page. But, I just found you are actually using category shortcode. You can customize the category shortcode view just by adding category shortcode parameters. Please check the doc:

    I still have one question. Can I somehow design the toolbar a little differently? That looks different?

    Yes, surely you can, the toolbar template file path is /tpls/shortcodes/toolbar.php. Please follow the doc here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/template-files/ to edit any template file. Step #3 on the doc page.
