Enhancement req: Avoid loading of CSS if tablepress is not used

    Hello Team,

    Thanks you for this amazing plugin.
    I have this feature request if you can consider.

    I see that there are two CSS files which are loaded even if TablePress is not used in the respective page/post
    plugins/tablepress/css/default.min.css
    and the other one is responsive css (I have installed addon)

    Is it possible to have them loaded only when tablepress is used. I know they are of hardly few bytes but this would avoid loading two extra files.
