Pictures for Featured Posts Not Displaying

I am using the iGreat Blue 1.0
At the top of the blog there are suppose to be images displaying. I have 2 posts and an image for both. I added the featured in the custom fields en creating the post and also added the like to the image as per the instructions.
Anyone have any thoughts?
