Subscription email

  • Hi!
    On subscription, our subscribers are receiving an e-mail to confirm their subscription. The sender is my personal name as opposed to our company name, and I have no idea how to change it…any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

    What plugin are you using for that subscription functionality?

    What is the administrator account email? I suspect that your emails are using the email address of the admin account.
