    Hey,

As a plugin developer, I saw that when Wordfence when is “Enabled and Protecting” can block REST requests in some cases. The good part is that it displays a box giving you the option to whitelist that request and bring things back to normal. The only problem is that if my request is blocked, other actions are blocked and the plugins remains in an unstable state.

My question is, can the Wordfence developers trigger an event or a wordpress js action after a successful whitelist action ? Somewhere here https://prnt.sc/t6vdsv . So I can hook in and continue “what I was doing” with my request.

    Thanks,
    Andrei

  • Hey @scorbaciufermecat,

    Thanks for the feedback!

I’ve shared this with the developers and I’ll file a feature request. I don’t have a timeline on when/if it’ll be implemented but I’ll add a link to this thread so we can update you with any progress.

Please let us know if you have any other thoughts.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald
