    Hi @gabrielefortunato,

By default in Woocommerce, there is no option to store vendor details along with the product details. If you are using any third-party plugin to create this field then it will be stored as metadata in the database. This version of the plugin does not support importing or exporting product metadata. Import and Export of product metadata are supported in the premium version of the plugin.

Thank you but, just for your info, I figured it out ho to import with your free plugin the Store Vendor: it is the field Post_Author.

Can you, instead, please tell me how do I clean all old fields from left column of mapping and from the right column drop down list ? It takes values and filed which are not even in the upload file but are coming from old uploads.

    Thank you
    Kind regards,

    Anybody there ?

In the mapping tab I see all the old “Woocommerce product fields” and also in the drop own menu “CSV column header(from imported file)” some old fields NOT in the uploaded file appears.

How do I clean those old fields ?

(I already tried to click on “Map to fields are pre-selected based on your last import. Click here to clear saved mapping”).

    Thank you
    Gabriele

    Hi @gabrielefortunato,

The issue you are facing might be due to the caching. Please try clearing the cache and check if the fields that are no longer present in the CSV file are still present in the drop-down menu or not.

Please note that the default Woocommerce product fields will be always displayed on the left side of the mapping screen even if it is no in the import file.

Thank you, I didn’t have any activated Cache plugin but anyway I activated one and cleared cache: now Drop Down List is OK, but I had also to create a new file to have the system “forget” all ileds.

I still see on the left some non global Attributes I loaded in the past (still used in products) but maybe is it normal that it keeps it on the left ?

    Thanks
