When I enable Lazyload and load my homepage, two instances of blank.gif are loaded on top of my images preventing it from showing on-page. Once I scroll down, the image loads. Why is this happening? Is there a way to disable the blank.gifs from ever loading?

I went to your official website but the contact link doesn’t go anywhere.

  • Hello,

I think it is a lazy loading-conflict, meaning there are two lazy-loading mechanisms active. Can you please check and make sure you are only using one, preferably the one from Optimole as it also offers rescale?

On https://optimole.com/#contact you should have a popup open in the bottom right corner of the screen.

Let us know if this helps, thank you!

    Hi,

I found the solution. You were right. Autoptimize had a Lazy-load images option turned on and I unchecked it to make Optimole’s Lazy-load function correctly. My images appear on load now.

    Thanks,
    Huy

Glad to hear this is solved.
