Contact form stopped working

  • It seemed easy to use, and everything was working fine. But after a few days a customer rang to ask why we hadn’t replied to their email.

    Turned out that the contact form settings had spontaneously deleted the contact email, so emails were no longer getting to us.

    We don’t know how long it was broken, and there is no way to find the missing contacts. Those customers are gone ??

    Moved to wpdevart form instead.

    That is definitely an odd issue, and we’ve not had similar reports of this from other users.

    I don’t need help thanks. I’ve used a different form. This was in response to a request to give feedback on WP Forms.
